What you can expect from our assembly service:
- The freight company will deliver your unit and the installation team will be by later for assembly.
- Our team will contact you within 48 business hours of receipt of your order to start the scheduling process. (Please note that there will be two different appointments scheduled in this process. The delivery company and the assembly company)
- After receipt of product scheduling for assembly team could take up to 2 weeks to arrive at your home for assembly of your product. *DURING PEAK SEASON – ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.
- Please make sure your play area is ready! We need a level playing surface with plenty of clearance to build on.
- Our labor warranty extends 30 days past the date of installation.
