At FREEZEMILL, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when a return may be requested and how approved refunds are handled.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible requests include damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items and change-of-mind returns that meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions
The item must have been purchased directly from FREEZEMILL, include all supplied parts, accessories, and manuals, and be in a condition suitable for inspection. Keep the original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. FREEZEMILL will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
Email lathamdach14@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the request. Do not send a product to our business address unless we provide written return instructions and the correct return destination.
Refunds
We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible; an order that has entered processing or shipped may need to follow the normal return procedure.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may refuse a return submitted outside the 30-day window, a product not purchased from FREEZEMILL, an item missing essential components, an intentionally damaged or substantially altered item, or an unauthorized return. These limitations do not reduce rights provided by applicable law.
